You will find our school nestled between the Sugarloaf Mountain and the Irish Sea. Kilcoole Primary School was established in 2010 following the amalgamation of St. Anthony’s BNS and St. Brigid’s GNS. We are blessed with spacious grounds including a meditation garden, outdoor classroom and many zoned playing fields allowing our boys and girls the space to play safely.
At the heart of a growing rural community, our school is committed to developing each pupil to their full potential. Many extra curricular activities once catered for outside of school time are now offered to all pupils during the school day, these include drama, gaelic football, hurling, soccer, camogie, tin whistle, choir, dance and bodhrán.
Our goal is to educate, empower and cherish the children of our community in their most formative years. It is a challenge we relish.
