While all the parent teacher meetings were ongoing, the pupils of Kilcoole PS had events to plan and rehearse for.

Science Day 2019.

We held our annual Science Day during science week which was a resounding success. This event goes from strength to strength every year. We are extremely grateful to all the parents who took time out of their busy schedules to support this event and put our pupils through their paces.

Maths Bee 2019

Pupils in the senior building participated in a Maths Bee. Ms. Moloney quizzed them on quite complex mental maths challenges. You could've heard a pin drop in the hall during the contest. The audience raised the roof with cheers and applause for the winners. Congratulations to all the finalists and to all who took part.

Kilcoole Music Festival 2019

Kilcoole Primary School entered many eager soloists from the junior and senior buildings. All pupils received encouraging comments from the adjudicator and we had many highly commended, commended, trophy winners and medal winners. Our pupils (and staff) have such a wealth of musicality.

A special congratulations to Ms. Moloney's choir who came second in the U14 unison choir competition on Sunday the 24th of November, expertly accompanied by Ms. Nohilly. It was a terrific climax to a wonderful week.
